Patrick Kelly

President

An honors graduate of the University of Baltimore with a degree in accounting, Patrick understands the importance finance plays in any successful business.

Prior to establishing Stone Castle Custom Homes, Patrick worker for a large regional builder serving as Chief Financial Officer. Patrick’s position was multifaceted as he performed many duties including reviewing and ratifying sales contracts, financial analysis of new projects, overseeing estimating, land acquisition and production. These experiences have provided Patrick with well-rounded knowledge and valuable insight into the building industry. Patrick is also very active in the community, serving as coach for the girls soccer team at Severna Park High School and volunteer coach for the Green Hornets Athletic Association travel soccer team.

Joni Ray

Sales & Design

With over 20 years of experience in the custom home field, Joni serves as the sales and design consultant for Stone Castle Custom Homes. She works closely with clients through the design and selection phases and acquaints them with the process and the unparalleled finished product.

Prior to Stone Castle Joni worked for an architectural design/build firm concentrating on custom homes and custom renovations. She provides vast knowledge in designing custom homes, as well as holds a BA degree in fine arts.

Joni’s approachable and creative manor help you visualize and design a home that is uniquely yours. She makes the process fun and exciting as we work through the design and selection phase of the process. Joni is approachable and always available for questions. Her attention to detail and commitment to total customer satisfaction make her feel right at home in the Stone Castle organization.

Martha Collier

Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Martha is a liaison between Stone Castle and our trade partners and vendors. She schedules trades and follows up to insure that the project stays on schedule, she sends out the approved plans for bidding & reviews proposals for completeness which helps to keep the project on budget. She awards contracts and orders materials. Martha attends weekly construction meetings to stay abreast of daily site activities.

Martha has 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to Stone Castle Custom homes, Martha worked for a large contractor as Office Manager preparing proposals, handling correspondence, payroll, accounting and various executive assistant and office manager duties. Martha’s knowledge of residential construction, her ethics, her drive to succeed and her winning personality have earned her a strong reputation in the industry.
